Clemson Research Center Receives High LEED Honors
GREENVILLE, S.C. — The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) recently awarded LEED Gold certification to the Center for Emerging Technologies at Clemson University’s International Center for Automotive Research (CET at CU-ICAR).

A lead loan from U.S. Bank and an allocation from New Market Tax credits (NMTC) as well as funds from the City of Norwood Tax Increment Financing (TIF) are funding the $54 million project.
